The development site sits between the villages of Kujava and Vis. The site is bounded by the large meandering Zeta river with steep river banks in three sides and views to the surrounding mountains.

The site provides huge scope for an 'eco-style' golf development sculpted into the level landscape to provide great views to the river and mountains in the background whilst many water features are proposed within and throughout the golf course. Currently the landform offers various characteristics with grassland, hill slopes, riverside and groves of indigenous trees and shrubs.

This LIMON investments project hopes to provide this part of Montenegro with a fantastic golfing facility along with a substantial amount of residential properties built in a local style and following the local vernacular. The hotel and clubhouse will supplement these first class facilities.

The site is designated for sport near the river, and light structures and residential on the higher land which will overlook the river and golf development.
